Meet Zack

Born and raised in Northeast Portland, I’ve always had a deep love for this city and its distinct, eclectic neighborhoods. After attending Oregon State University, I spent my early 20s traveling through Europe, Africa, and the Middle East before settling into real estate. More recently, I returned from a sabbatical in South America where I immersed myself in the culture and studied Spanish. I believe that exposing oneself to various cultures and backgrounds is essential to my career and learning one of the world’s most widely spoken languages is a meaningful way to build deeper connections.

As a broker with Deal & Co at Think Real Estate, I’m proud to be part of a locally-owned company that values collaboration, creativity, and community. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped guide more than 350 clients through successful home purchases and sales. Whether you’re buying your dream home or selling a house full of memories, I bring strong market insight, strong negotiation skills, and a personal touch to every transaction.

When it comes to selling, I take a strategic, full-service approach to preparing your home for the market which includes working closely with a trusted team of contractors, painters, stagers, and photographers to make sure you can attract the right buyers and get top dollar. Through my entire career and life in Portland, I’ve built strong, long-standing relationships with other brokers in the Portland area, which often helps my clients stand out—whether in competitive offer situations or during the negotiation process

Outside of work, you’ll find me staying active, knitting, cooking, skiing, diving into home renovation projects, or flying (I’ve had my private pilot’s license for over 13 years). I also share my home with two pups—Boeing and Piper—lovingly named after my favorite airplanes. I love a good adventure, a hearty laugh, and bring that same energy and curiosity to real estate.
