ABOUT CEDAR HILLS

Cedar Hills is located near the intersection of highway 26 and 217, just minutes from downtown Portland. The name “Cedar Hills” refers to the cedar forest that grew in the area and supplied timber for a pioneer saw mill. In 1946, the Cedar Hills Corporation started what is now the community of Cedar Hills which currently consists of 2,114 households.

The community is home to several parks and a Recreation Center. Cedar Hills Crossing provides plenty of shopping and restaurants including a New Seasons Market, a McMenamins brewpub, and a Salt & Straw. The location is also less than two miles to two MAX stations and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Portland.

HOA annual fees cover a spring and fall cleanup, management, and, if applicable, street light maintenance.
